++ FIRST POST - LAYOUT :: Tuesday, May 18th, 2004 ++
The good news is, i love the graphics. Bad news, i hate the layout. I hated it almost halfway through making it,
and nearly didn't complete it. But i wanted to get my site online again, so any layout's better than none.
Will start work on another as soon as i can be bothered.
This site was actually supposed to be a site where you can download stuff like anime/game sheet music,
winamp skins, etc, that i myself produced. But i've discovered that i lack the time, skills & motivation to make & maintain
that kind of site. So this will have to suffice, but i'll be posting those things i mentioned whenever i have any to post.
The lady featured on this layout is the awesome Melissa Auf der Maur, a talented musician (bassist & singer). The pictures were obtained
from
melissaaufdermaur.org. Without permission.
Oops. Melissa was the bassist for 2 huge bands of the last millenium; Hole & subsequently the
Smashing Pumpkins. She then embarked on a solo career & has released an album entitled
Auf der Maur, on which she does the vocals & plays bass, backed by a band called, you
guessed it, Auf der Maur.
By the way, Melissa was my inspiration to start playing the bass guitar & she's my idol.
Not only a musician, she's also a model for lotsa brands, like Calvin Klein and Korea's DIA.
